We operate over seven local authority areas and offer a range of accommodation from one bed flats to five bed houses. Our accommodation is available for single people, couples and families.
Most of our housing stock is owned by the association, however a proportion is also leased. We deal with secure, assured and assured short-hold tenancies.
Most of our voids are let through nominations from local authorities based on housing need. The majority of local authorities now operate a choice-based letting system where the available properties are advertised and applicants on the housing registers will be invited to bid for any properties they are interested in. The successful applicant will be allocated on the basis of their housing need.

Our work involves managing aspects of housing such as breaches of tenancy conditions, allocations, voids, rent arrears, anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes.
We are shortly due to enter into a management agreement with another housing provider where we will undertake management of shared ownership /home buy properties on their behalf.
Our main aim is to enable our tenants to sustain their tenancies and we work in partnership with other agencies to assist this process.
