Alistair Allender, BA - Chief Executive and Company Secretary

Alistair joined the association in 1992. He has worked in housing for 25 years and has an advanced diploma in business and financial management. Alistair is a member of the Bristol Housing Partnership executive group.

Barbara Reid, BA (Hons) - Director of Housing Services

Barbara joined Elim Housing Association in October 2004 bringing with her over 25 years varied experience in housing management and project development. She has responsibility for delivering the housing management, maintenance and support service, which involves the work of 37 staff.

Mark Stuart, FCA – Finance Director

Mark joined the association in 2005 after working in practice for 19 years. Mark is now responsible for managing and developing our finance and IT systems and heads up our finance team. Mark is a member of the consultative panel for a major IT user group.

Jayne Williams – Development Director

Jayne has been with Elim since July 2005 and she has over 20 years’ experience of project management and of managing change. Jayne’s responsibilities include identifying and delivering opportunities for business growth through Elim’s development programme.
