About Us

Elim Housing is a social business helping people by providing quality homes and excellent support services

We own and manage properties throughout Southern England, the Midlands and Wales, providing sheltered accommodation for elderly people, general family housing and shared housing schemes for young people.

Objectives

Elim Housing was established by the Elim Pentecostal Church and was  registered with the Housing Corporation in 1975.

We are a charitable association registered as an Industrial and Provident Society and we are supervised and regulated by the Tenant Services Authority. As a member of the National Housing Federation, we promote high standards of housing management and comply with the Tenants’ Charter.

Elim Housing maintains close links with the local authorities in whose areas it has homes and each local housing department is able to make nominations to any vacancies in accordance with our lettings and allocations policy.

We are part of the New Futures development partnership, and we work closely with the Aster group, its lead association. We are building new homes in Bristol and Gloucester with grant support from the Homes and Communities Agency.
