Elim Floating Support

Our Elim Floating Support (EFS)project in North Somerset provides a one to one support service for young people aged 16 to 25, who need help and support in their own homes.

We can also support a young person on the EFS project whilst they are waiting for supported accommodation at Tudor House.

We can provide one-to-one and group support. For more information on our support services please go to our Providing support page.

How to apply?

You can apply to EFS through North Somerset Council’s Homechoice Gateway access system.

If you have any more questions or need help to apply, please contact the staff team who will be happy to help you with this. Alternatively, you can visit any customer service point in North Somerset or call North Somerset Council on 01934 888888 and ask for the Homechoice team.
