In September and October 2012 we asked all residents in our support service projects to complete a questionnaire to enable us to gather their views on the services we provide.
We are pleased to report that 89% of residents completed and returned a questionnaire for us to evaluate. We were also pleased that the results showed that the satisfaction rate for many of the questions asked was 80% or over. For those areas where satisfaction was less than 80% we have created an action plan to help us improve in these areas.
All residents of our support service projects will receive a copy of this report and it is now also available online on our Newsletters and publications page.
