July 2014

These 8 houses in Congresbury are part of a S106 planning requirement for affordable housing, 4x2 bed, 3x3 bed and 1x4 bed, it is hoped these will be finished within the next 6 months. Charles Church/Persimmon are the developer on this site in North Somerset. Six of the houses will be for Social Rent and two will be for Shared Ownership (1x2 bed house, 1x3 bed house).

Completion of the properties will be phased between September 2014 and May 2015.

Bidding for the social rented properties will be via HomeChoice and applicants should have a local connection to North Somerset. For the Shared Ownership properties, these can be viewed via the Help to Buy South website.
