Assistant Team Leader
Elim Housing is a social landlord providing housing and support services. We provide services to over 800 individuals and wish to recruit an Assistant Team Leader to join our team.

We also heavily invest in developing our staff to make sure they are fully equipped to support our clients so a wide range of training will be available for you.
We are looking for a proactive and driven individual who aspires to develop their career further. The successful candidate will support the Team Leader in day to day management, service delivery and service development of Taylor House, our 30-bed high support service. This role is also responsible for management and effective delivery of health and safety compliance, leading service co-productive development, small case load and some line management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong IT and organisational skills. Creative conflict resolution skills, ability to think on the spot and managed challenging situations in calm and assertive manner are essential. We are looking for someone with positive ‘can do’ attitude, who works well under pressure and successfully balances demanding yet rewarding role in a vibrant and lively environment.
Taylor House is staffed 365 days per year and therefore the role will include some weekend working and shifts outside of normal office hours.
