Board Member
Based near Thornbury, South Gloucestershire, Elim Housing Group provides homes and services to around 850 individuals and families and we are actively building new homes and developing new initiatives. We are seeking non-executive directors to join our pioneering board.
We are keen to increase our Board’s diversity and are particularly keen to have applications from underrepresented groups and residents of Elim.
Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a
positive difference to people’s lives
as well as significantly enhancing your career?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our forward thinking Group Board, providing vision and leadership to guide us through a period of significant transformation and growth over the coming years.
We are a diverse and ambitious housing association with an innovative approach to delivering affordable housing. We also have a commercial subsidiary with a separate board, Lime Property Ventures, which develops and manages property in the market sector.
Our vision is: to meet housing need and deliver homes that change people’s lives. Elim staff, customers, the Board, and stakeholders have worked together to develop a set of values, Elim CARES.
