CEO Paul Smith Shortlisted for Lifetime Achievement Award

We're excited to announce that our CEO, Paul Smith, has been shortlisted for a Lifetime Achievement Award in the 2021 Housing Heroes Awards.

Paul has worked in housing for over 30 years, in both supported and general needs. He has been the Chief Executive of two organisations, Housing Potential UK (the housing skills body) and the Furniture Re-use Network. He has worked at a senior level for two housing associations, and prior to joining Elim was the Cabinet Member for Housing at Bristol City Council.

Having joined Elim in October 2020, Paul has been focussing on delivering excellent customer service and driving sustainable growth for the business. 

The awards will be announced on 7th September, where a panel of expert leaders in the housing sector will choose the winners.
