Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that from Monday (16/05/22) our office contact hours will be changing to 9am – 5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 4:30pm on Fridays.

We will still have an out of hours service in place and should you need to speak to someone from the organisation such as your housing officer outside of these hours you can request this with the relevant person or by contacting us on 01454 411172 or info@elimhousing.co.uk and we will endeavour to fulfil this request where possible.

We are also excited to announce that we are in the process of live testing the Elim Portal which will be accessible via our website in the near future and will enable you to pay your rent, report repairs and report ASB online quickly and easily. In the meantime, you can already report a repair via the website and you can pay your rent via the Allpay website/app.
