Services between 4pm Friday 25 September and 8am Thursday 1 October
Around the time of the Transfer of Engagements (ToE) between Elim and Places for People (PfP), there will be a limited service available from Elim whilst systems and information are transferred.
You can contact Elim on 01454 411172 for:
Emergency repairs or hazards including damp and mould 24 hours a day.
Urgent support requests such as anti-social behaviour (ASB) or safeguarding concerns between 9am and 5pm on 28, 29 and 30 September.

From Thursday 1 October, PfP will provide a full service. They can be contacted on 01772 667002.

Resident Handbook

This handbook has been created as a guide for you to refer to at the start, during and at the end of your tenancy. It contains practical advice like how to pay your rent or how to report a repair, and information about your responsibilities as an Elim resident and ours as your landlord.

A copy of this handbook will be given to you at the start of your tenancy, however you can also download a PDF version below, should you need to look something up.
