Lime Property Ventures Development

Lime Property Ventures prioritises smaller land sites with capacity for the development of 10 houses or less as part of joint venture arrangements, or five houses or less on sites we might seek to develop independently. 

We are particularly looking for sites where:

  • The whole development process can complete within a 30month period
  • An implementable planning consent is already in place
  • The focus of the development is on new build homes, with minimal conversion or refurbishment 
  • We can deliver homes that achieve a minimum EPC B rating
  • The sole planning use class is residential
  • We can prioritise the delivery of houses with gardens

We do not have an identifiable ‘build type’. In line with our purpose, we will always focus on high quality design that utilises the available land to maximise profit for reinvestment in the work of the Elim Housing Group. On the smaller sites we have worked on in recent years, our planned designs have included the delivery of both larger, detached family homes and smaller terraces of high-quality starter homes.

We are actively seeking land or regeneration sites that we can acquire and utilise in a timely manner. We can make robust decisions on land opportunities with pace and have the resources and experience to take sites through the process of obtaining planning permission and negotiating with Local Authorities.

Hathaway House

Lime Property Ventures took handover of Hathaway House, its first development project, delivering 25 new units of student accommodation in August 2016.
