Paul Smith

Chief Executive

Paul has worked in housing for over 30 years, both supported and general needs. He has been the Chief Executive of two organisations, Housing Potential UK (the housing skills body) and the Furniture Re-use Network. He has worked at a senior level for two housing associations and prior to joining Elim was the Cabinet Member for Housing at Bristol city Council.

Paul believes his priorities are excellent customer service, sustainable growth of the business and ensuring good governance informed by the views and needs of our residents.

Rachel Pinchin

Deputy Chief Executive

Rachel joined the Elim Group in 2012. She is Deputy Chief Executive for the Housing Association with additional responsibility for the leadership of Lime Property Ventures. Rachel is responsible for Group communications and delivering business growth through tendering and funding bids, contract management, and partnership working. Rachel has ten years experience of working in the housing sector; both with housing associations and in a private, multi-disciplinary design and planning consultancy. 

Lisa Martin

Director of Resources

Lisa joined the Elim Group in July 2018 and is Elim's Director of Resources. She joined us from WWT in Slimbridge where she had been Head of Finance for the group for 2 and a half years. Previous to that role, she worked for the Guinness Partnership based in Gloucester as the Head of Finance responsible for the finance function for the Gloucester area.
