Annual Leave

You will receive 25 days paid annual leave, rising by 1 day for each complete year of service to a maximum of 30 days.

Pension and Life Assurance

We are a member of the Social Housing Pension Scheme which is managed by the Pensions Trust. All colleagues are eligible to join the scheme which is currently a defined contribution scheme.

Colleagues who join the pension scheme will be covered for death-in-service, which is three times the annual salary as a lump sum together with survivor’s pension and children’s pension where appropriate.

Health Cash Plan

As a member of our Health Cash Plan you can claim for a variety of health related costs, giving you cashback for dental, optical, chiropody, hospital consultations, health and wellbeing treatments, dental accident, physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, acupuncture and homeopathy.

On-call Payment

Designated managers are paid the on-call payment, payable one month in arrears.

Mileage Expenses

We pay mileage expenses at a rate of 45p per mile.
