We offer enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave pay after 12 months service.

We offer enhanced sick pay of up to 8 weeks full pay after 12 months service.

We are a member of the Social Housing Pension Scheme which is managed by the Pensions Trust. All colleagues are eligible to join the scheme which is currently a defined contribution scheme.
