After a long period of development, we are now ready to invite customers to register on for our customer portal and try out the self-service options it provides. This includes access to the personal information we hold on your customer record and a live view of your rent account as well as a range of other ‘request’ functions.
We are still finalising some of the tools on the portal, but we would really welcome your feedback on your experience of the portal as part of an ‘early adopter’ group.
What can I do on the Portal?
We want to make living in an Elim home simple, and to ensure that our services are as accessible as possible. Customers will be able to use their personal dashboard self-service tools for a range of actions.
This will include the ability to check rent balances, make payments, request amends or updates to the personal household information Elim holds, order repairs and make other requests for action, even outside office hours.
What if I need help to use the portal?
If you register as part of the ‘early adopter’ group. You will receive helpful guidance along with your login details.
