Customer Consultation on two new Elim Strategies

We are in the process of developing two new Elim strategies and would like to hear your views and feedback as part of this process.

Customer Service and Accountability Strategy

The Customer Service and Accountability Strategy is a new strategy which replaces the previous Engagement, Involvement and Empowerment Strategy. The purpose of this strategy is to improve our customers’ experience and satisfaction with Elim, and to provide more opportunities for customers to give their views and influence our services.

Asset Management Strategy

The aim of the Asset Management Strategy is to ensure that Elim has the right homes in the right places. This focuses on how we provide and maintain good condition, safe and affordable homes that our customer want to live in. The strategy also sets out our plans for our operating area and how we ensure that we are making the right decisions about where and how we manage and invest in our existing homes and new properties for the future. 

How can you provide feedback?

You can read the two draft strategies on our website here. Once you have read the documents you are most interested in (you are welcome to feedback on either one of both of the strategies), there are a number of ways for you to share your views. Please feedback by March 6th 2024.

Join a feedback session:

We are holding in-person and on-line feedback sessions which you are able to join between 4pm -5pm on Tuesday 5th March. Paul Smith, Elim CEO, and Rachel Pinchin, Deputy CEO, will be available at Elim’s Head Office near Thornbury and on zoom to receive your feedback and answer any questions you may have on the two strategies.
